We get so excited to show people our beautiful pub. Food was excellent and fresh, and the atmosphere was what you would expect o a typical village pub. The staff were attentative, only criticism was the staff loading their glass dish washer, sounded as if they were throwing them in from a height, made me jump a couple of times! But a brilliant oub and would definitely go back if we visit the area in future.

Visited for a few meals last week with family. Excellent food, with some of the best steak I have had. Drinks are great too, and the atmosphere is cozy whilst being neither too formal or relaxed. A great place for good food and drink, I would recommend booking in advance, especially during tourist seasons. Thursday steak night has definitely been a hit for me, so I will be aiming to visit again soon!

Always get a great meal at the old mill. Went for a midweek lunch and sat in the yurt. The ribs were fabulous and the pork belly looked amazing . If you are looking for a cosy pub setting in a beautiful place then look no further than the old mill. Thanks.

Really excellent meal. Lamb and cod both brilliant, shared mussels as a starter too and was great. Best meal we had near Loch Lomond.

Beautiful Sunday roast! Atmosphere was lovely and cosy. Staff were very helpful. Food was fantastic. Kids menu looked delicious but limited choices for fussy toddlers but found something suitable anyway.
Bar is dog friendly.

Cozy and comfortable place heated by the chymney making you feel like home.
The staff is friendly and polite and even if we waited moderately for the food to be ready, it was good and enjoyable.

If you're in killearn or anywhere near loch Lomond and haven't gone to this place you're doing yourself a disservice.
- Make sure you ring up on time.
- there is parking inside
- outside sitting area
-pub atmosphere on the front, restaurant on the back feeling totally separate.
-child friendly

I found myself giving yet another 5 starts. The service is just so good. Went out there way to get us something that wasn't on the menu on its own because we wanted to try it, the staff were super attentive and then you have the food. Genuine good food and then you get your bill and you have to look at it twice because food that good can't possibly be that well priced. Go here, you won't regret it.

What a beautiful place! We find it on the way home. Good atmosphere there, staff very friendly. Food amazing, homemade pizza very tasty, kids menu available. Definitely will come back here.

Second visit here as the first was so good. This is a good 2.5 hour drive from home. A rare find. Great food, helpful and friendly staff. Amazing atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

Stopped on the off chance a table was available. Excellent service and food was great. The roaring log fire offset the howling wind and rain outside. Will definitely return.

The food was amazing, even the kids food was great quality.
Was there on steak night (Thursday nights) 6oz steak and a drink for £20! Steaks are great quality.
